DOUBLE DOUBLE were born very spontaneously. The joint project of Justin Strauss and Moullinex came to be when Justin visited the DTX studios in Lisbon while he was over as a special guest for Moullinex’ DISCODRAMA hometown show. Justin, noticing upon entry a toy piano that had recently appeared in the studio lobby, started playing around with it and creating ideas to which Luis (Moullinex) said “Wait let’s record that”, and thus began the inspiration for the music you are now receiving. They started with ‘Nothing More’, whilst ‘Through The Night’ took shape on Justin's return visit. Though very different in style, both songs incorporate their love of music and influences, and open the door for future collaborations.
